- Incandescent Bulb
Service time: generally 3000 ~ 4000 hours. Some poor quality incandescent bulbs can only be used for 1500 hours.
Incandescent bulbs are often used in restaurants, bedrooms and other spaces in the home, which makes the color more comfortable.
Advantages: small light source, with many kinds of lampshade forms; large versatility, many kinds of color, with directional, scattering, diffuse and other forms; can be used to enhance the three-dimensional sense of objects, incandescent bulb color is closest to the sun color.
Disadvantages: not environmentally friendly, when using incandescent bulbs, 95% of the electric energy is consumed in heating, only 5% of the electric energy is really converted into visible light; high heating temperature, fast heat evaporation, short life (1000 hours), high infrared component, easy to be affected by vibration, low color temperature, yellow color.
Scope of application: home dining room, bedroom
- Halogen Tungsten Bulb
Metal halogen bulb is actually a kind of incandescent bulb.
Service life : generally between 3000 and 4000 hours, not more than 6000 hours.
This kind of bulb can be used for key lighting, for example, in order to highlight the decorative painting on the wall, indoor ornaments, etc., it can be illuminated by a cold light bulb cup, and the white light of the bulb can be changed according to different home decoration styles, which is consistent with fashion.
Advantages: simple, low cost, easy to adjust and control brightness, good color rendering.

- Fluorescent Bulb
Disadvantages: it will produce light decay, the color rendering of fluorescent bulb is not as good as incandescent bulb; the light flickers, which has a certain impact on vision; in addition, mercury pollution occurs in the production process and after use, causing environmental pollution.
Scope of application: factory, office, school, supermarket, hospital, warehouse and other indoor public space.
- Energy-saving Bulb
A 9-watt energy-saving bulb is equivalent to a 40 watt incandescent bulb.
Services life: generally 8000 to 10000 hours, more than others as mention above.
After a period of normal use of energy-saving bulb, the bulb will become dark, mainly because of the loss of phosphor, technically known as light decay. Some high-quality energy-saving bulbs have invented constant brightness technology, which can keep the bulb in the best working condition for a long time. After 2000 hours of use, the light loss is less than 10%.
Advantages: high light efficiency, more than 5 times of ordinary incandescent bulb, obvious energy saving effect; long life, about 8 times of ordinary bulb; small volume, easy to use.
Disadvantages: light fading; low color rendering, incandescent bulb and halogen bulb color rendering for 100, perfect performance; energy saving bulb color rendering mostly between 80 and 90, low color rendering light source not only see things color is not beautiful, but also harmful to health and vision.

- LED Bulb
Now the white LED bulb on the market is better in performance, but the current LED bulb still needs to be improved in technology.
Advantages: LED bulb has many advantages, such as small volume, low power consumption, long life, non-toxic and environmental protection. It was originally used for outdoor decoration and engineering lighting, but now it has gradually developed into household lighting.
Disadvantages: expensive, need constant current drive. if the heat treatment is not good, easy to light decay. The light efficiency is relatively low, and the color will be missing. In the seven bands, the blue and green bands of LED lights are less, so there will be missing when displaying the color of things.
